Victor graduated from LSBF in 2012, and is now an IT project leader for Oi, one of the biggest telecommunications companies in Brazil. Victor's main skills are in IT, and before coming to LSBF his management skills were mostly based on his life experiences; now he has opened his mind to new perspectives with the academic concepts and case studies that LSBF provided. "LSBF helped me to open my mind with new international management techniques and experience to apply to my actual job," he said. He plans to further improve his soft and hard skills, and will soon be taking an international master's degree.
