Dr Shahnaz Hamid

Dr. Shahnaz Hamid serves as Dean at the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF), where she provides academic leadership across the Business School and Executive Education. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, specialising in Strategic Human Resource Management, from Switzerland. She has also been recognised for her contributions to education, receiving a prestigious Jury Award from the COAE Global Awards and being named among the Education Powerlist Top 50 in 2025 at the EducationInvestor Awards.

With extensive experience in Human Resource Management, International Business and higher education, Dr. Hamid has taught and supported adult learners across a range of academic levels and has played a key role in the development and delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral and executive education programmes. Her research interests include remote and digital learning, technological transformation in higher education, and the evolving role of technology in teaching and learning. She has contributed to scholarly publications in these areas.

Dr. Hamid also has extensive experience in academic quality assurance and accreditation, working closely with regulatory and professional bodies to support high academic standards and enhance the quality of online and transnational education. Her work and insights have been featured in recognised publications, reflecting her ongoing commitment to academic excellence, innovation and the advancement of higher education.
