Management Development Programme
The Management Development Programme (MDP) is a fast-paced and intensive programme dedicated to the latest techniques and trends in the core areas of management and finance.
It has been developed taking into consideration the new challenges of the corporate world, alongside the continuous evolution of the media and the rapidly increasing pace of business.
Below you will find a list of modules (short courses) which will comprise your full two week MDP programme.
Business StrategyThis course provides a comprehensive overview of business growth strategies, the strategic management lifecycle, and the tools and techniques used to plan strategically and make sound business decisions.
Market Planning and StrategyThis course will introduce you to the processes and methodologies of marketing planning and strategy. You will develop a tactical perspective on the underlying issues that affect a business and how they can be remedied through effective strategic planning in marketing.
Effective Management TechniquesThis two-day intensive course will teach you how to manage a team by taking functional and psychological factors into account. You will learn various management techniques to maximise your effectiveness as a business leader.
Managerial FinanceWith this course, you will learn about the key tools and techniques used to measure performance and make financial management decisions in an organisation. You will also be introduced to short-term financing and working capital management.
This programme will keep current managers up to date with all the recent trends, helping them to stay ahead of the game and progress in their roles.
- Education - Undergraduate degree or equivalent Higher Education qualification, or relevant work experience
- English language - Common European Framework (CEF) Level B2* or equivalent (all teaching and learning materials are provided in English only)
