Hafeez is a Chartered Management Accountant with an M.Sc in Accounting & Finance from University of Gloucestershire. He brings almost 25 years of industry and academic experience, having worked in numerous roles such as finance controller, management consultant and finance manager in various industries. He also held senior tutor, lecturer, HoD and director- level positions in multiple renowned institutions over the past 15 years. He won the Accountant of the Year award in 2014, awarded by the Association of International Accountants UK, and was shortlisted for the Lecturer of the Year award in 2013 by PQ magazine. He has special research interests in corporate governance, ESG and management accounting.
