UK digital agency to offer support to global entrepreneurs

A UK digital agency is to become part of a support programme for global entrepreneurs.

David Henderson Design (DHD) partner with LA-based start-up factory Wonka Lab to provide development opportunities for 25 early-stage businesses across the world.

Best talent

Wonka Lab’s “Dream Builder” programme is being set up to create economic development opportunities between the UK, US, and ROI. The support programme will bring global entrepreneurs together, creating new jobs and long-term economic benefits.

Wonka Lab CEO Mike Murphy stated that as their main focus is to find the most talented across the globe, the company is always looking for opportunities to work with agencies such as DHD.

He said that the company knew that DHD were the perfect fit after the first interview, and that it was their “attentiveness, due diligence, drive, and willingness to get creative” that stood out the most.

Clear vision

DHD MD David Henderson also spoke of the partnership, stating that the company is excited to be working with the Wonka Lab team.

He added that the company first spoke with Murphy over Skype in early January, and that it was clear that he was “an intelligent guy” with a “very clear vision” of what he wanted to achieve.

Murphy said: “The fact that these guys wanted to assist start-ups and provide solutions that have a positive impact on the world around them struck a real chord with us and was something we wanted to get involved with immediately.”
