Workspace provider Regus opens new office in London

Global workspace provider Regus has opened a new office in London to provide flexible space for businesses.

The building, which is located at 63 St Mary Axe, will offer a number of facilities for start-up companies, remote workers and businesses that are looking to grow.

Co-working space

Offering 19,000 square feet of space across two floors, the building will enable businesses to have access to a wide range of services, including co-working space, meeting rooms that can be booked hourly and offices.

The first floor of the building is already open to businesses, whilst the second floor, which offers facilities such as office space and meeting rooms, is set to open today.

News of the facility was first announced earlier this month. The facilities offered by the new centre will be similar to those found at the company’s other flagship centres in the capital, which are located in the News Building on London Bridge Street and 2 Kingdom Street in Paddington.

High quality

Commenting on the opening of the company’s London office, Regus UK CEO, Richard Morris, said that it marks “another high-quality, flexible facility” in the heart of the city.

He stated that the facility is “well-located” in the centre of London’s financial district and that it provides easy access to locations such as Liverpool Street Station, Leadenhall Market and the city’s financial services, insurance and publishing companies.

He added that demand for the company’s flexible workspace is “at an all-time high.”
