Demand growing for more workspace in UK

The need for flexible office rentals in the UK has been increasing, leading Dutch workspace provider Spaces to expand across the country.

The company will be opening up ten new UK sites in 2017.

Sites

Research from Instant found that the number of companies searching for flexible workspace in the UK increased by over 20 per cent in 2015/16. Growth was even faster in regional cities, up by 36 per cent.

As a result, Spaces is now set to open new sites in Glasgow and Liverpool in early 2017, followed by locations in the South East, two additional London offices, and three based in the North.

Spaces is also set to open a number of sites in Switzerland, France India and Israel.

Productive

Spaces UK Chief Executive Richard Morris said: “People are far more productive and successful in an enjoyable, social and inspiring work environment and we’re rolling out our network to cater to this demand for new ways of working.”
