The Global MBA’s Leadership specialisation will help you appreciate the strategic role of leaders in today’s complex business environment. The specialisation examines leadership and the significance of strategy, leading organisational change and development, and creating a workplace designed for successful collaboration. You’ll also gain awareness of personal, professional, and management development tools through studying coaching and mentoring theory and practice.

This MBA specialisation has been designed for middle to senior-level managers who are positioned to take on leadership roles in their organisations.
