The Global MBA’s Leadership specialisation will help you appreciate the strategic role of leaders in today’s complex business environment. Understand the differences between training, coaching, and mentoring, and learn how to become a confident leader who is able to inform and engage employees in a global and cross cultural business environment.

On successful completion of the module, you will be able to:

  • Discuss the theoretical approaches of coaching, mentoring, and management development with emphasis on the global context.
  • Analyse leadership development practices to understand their impact on improvement, motivation, and engagement.

  • Design and evaluate coaching and mentoring strategies.
