LSBF Launches Brand New ACCA Study Manuals

London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) has launched brand new ACCA Study Manuals for all papers. The manuals, produced with the help of LSBF’s ACCA faculty, reflect the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants’ latest syllabus and are available to both LSBF and external students.
LSBF Publishing Director, Clive Bullen, explains that the new-look manuals have been designed with the needs of today’s students in mind. “We have spent a lot of time ensuring that the new manuals reflect our classroom methodology, allowing students to study in a more effective and efficient way. Our method not only simplifies, but also enables students to understand the content and think about it in a practical way as they progress through the material,” he said.
Each book includes a wide range of useful content varying from a paper overview to ‘context’ paragraphs and a number of questions that ensure better understanding of the topic being covered. “At the end of each chapter we have the ‘What’s the story’ section, which encourages the student to reflect on what they have learnt and how it all comes together with the overview of the paper,” added Mr Bullen.
LSBF’s ACCA Study Manuals also try to reflect the way students are taught in the classroom, with key facts and principles emphasised as they would be in class by the experienced tutors that helped produce the books.
Along with a physical copy of the book, students will also gain access, via a unique code printed in each book, to some of LSBF’s interactive products, including an e-book version of the Study Manual, a 15-20 minute video explaining what to expect for the paper, and access to a Live Online lecture.

Every week from 9 February to 8 March 2015, LSBF will be giving away three brand new ACCA Study Manuals to three lucky students. A total of 12 books will be given away.
