Chris Grose is Associate Professor of Finance and Corporate Governance with over 20 years of professional experience in finance departments and consulting firms, and more than 17 years experience in higher education. He has extensive experience teaching subjects in Finance and Accounting, primarily at postgraduate level, including extensive online teaching with various institutions across the UK. Chris undertakes consultancy work for public organisations and private firms, focusing on finance and corporate governance, business process restructuring, and business consultancy projects for public organisations, firms and SMEs. His research interests include corporate finance, institutional investing and corporate governance, with a current focus on corporate finance, investments, corporate restructuring and entrepreneurial finance. He holds a PhD in Finance and an MSc in Money, Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham.
