Dr Mustafa has a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) in finance from Alliant International University, San Diego, an MBA in finance from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a MIBA (Master of International Business Administration) in international business. He has held faculty positions in a couple of universities, teaching finance classes at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
His major research interests are corporate finance, international finance, and behavioral finance. He has previously published in journals like, "Review of Behavioral Business”, "International Journal of Emerging Markets”, "Global Finance Journal," and “Global Economic Review”.
