Policies and Procedures: Admissions, Complaints and Attendance
What matters to you, matters to us. LSBF is focused on giving you a rewarding all-round educational experience. With this in mind, our policies and procedures are designed to support this aim. We expect students to attend all classes as key to success, but sometimes understand absence is unavoidable. Our aim is to support you in such instances. On the rare occasion where you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to let us know - our success depends on how much you enjoy your time with us.
There are feedback procedures in place for current and prospective students. Both involve informal and formal stages - as well as the option to appeal for current students. All complaints are confidential and will be resolved as quickly as possible.
