Robing & Photography

As a Graduate, you will be required to wear academic dress for the ceremony, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to any Graduate who is not suitably attired. We would recommend that you pre-order your gown hire in advance of the ceremony.

This can be ordered through the online service here:

Pre-Order Robing and Photos

To pre-order your cap (required), gown (required) and photos (optional), you can follow the link above. In the ‘Select Your Institution’ field, enter ‘LSBF’. From there, follow the prompts to fill in your details, select photo packages and make your payment. You will then need to print your confirmation and bring it with you to the ceremony.

Ede & Ravenscroft will be providing the day’s photographic service, which will take place before and after the ceremony. They will also be taking photographs during the ceremony, which you will be able to view and order online within two weeks of the event. You can order photographs both in advance, through the online service, and on the day of graduation. To save time queuing on the day, we recommend that you order and pay in advance.

All prices will be visible once the online service is open via the Ede & Ravenscroft website.

Please note that flash photography is not permitted during the ceremony.
