As Aristotle observed, “Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution.” Although written approximately 2,400 years ago, this sentiment remains as relevant today as ever. Recognition is not what motivates London School of Business & Finance (LSBF), but we are humble in our gratitude for what it reflects: our relentless dedication to global educational excellence. 

Widely regarded as the ‘Oscars’ of the education industry, The EducationInvestor Awards were established in 2010 to recognise and celebrate excellence, innovation, and commercial success across the education sector. They focus on the intersection of business and education, acknowledging organisations that not only deliver high-quality teaching, but also drive innovation, demonstrate growth and createvalue for their students. Finalists for these and the other 15 to 20 categories are chosen by a panel of independent judges – CEOs, investors, and consultants – recognised leaders in the global education sector.  

For a second consecutive year, London School of Business & Finance has been shortlisted as a finalist in three prestigious EducationInvestor Awards Categories: 

Higher Education Institution of the Year  

This ‘high profile’ category focuses on the actual delivery of education and student outcomes. Judges look for institutions that have demonstrated exceptional academic standards, high student satisfaction and strong employability rates: how well the curriculum prepares students for real-world finance and business roles. 

Education Business of the Year 

This is focused less on the classroom and more about how the ‘engine’ of the organisation is run as a successful company. For this award, the panel examines the financial growth of the educator, its market expansion, and operational efficiency. 

ESG & Impact 

The most ‘modern’ category, recognises how institutions contribute to the wider social impact, beyond financial performance. It highlights commitments to sustainability, diversity, inclusion and ethical governance; how do they ‘give back’ through scholarships, reduced carbon footprint or improving educational access to underrepresented groups.
