London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) has announced a new academic partnership with the University of Niagara Falls Canada (UNF), establishing a progression pathway for graduates of UNF's Master of Management programme to continue their studies on LSBF's Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
The collaboration underscores a shared commitment to empowering high-potential professionals with access to advanced doctoral education and supporting their continued academic and leadership development on a global stage.
Creating a Seamless Pathway from Master’s to Doctoral Study
Under the agreement, eligible UNF graduates will be granted advanced standing through recognition of prior learning, enabling them to progress directly into the later stages of the DBA programme. The pathway reflects the strong academic alignment between UNF's Master of Management programme and LSBF's DBA curriculum, creating a clear and coherent route to doctoral study.
About LSBF’s Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Programme
LSBF's DBA is a doctoral programme designed to develop strategic leaders, scholar-practitioners, and research-informed professionals capable of addressing complex organisational challenges.
Launched in April 2026, the DBA is delivered entirely online, enabling experienced professionals to pursue a doctoral qualification while continuing to advance their careers and professional practice
Leadership Perspectives on the Partnership
Karina Kizhner, Managing Director and Vice Rector of LSBF, said:
“This agreement reflects the kind of international collaboration that creates real value for postgraduate learners - a clear, supported route from master’s to doctoral study across two continents. We look forward to welcoming UNF graduates into the LSBF DBA community and to building on this partnership over time.”
Dr David Gray, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Niagara Falls Canada, said:
“We are always looking for ways to extend the possibilities available to our graduates, and this partnership does exactly that. For students who arrive at UNF with ambitions that reach all the way to the doctorate level, this pathway removes barriers and creates a seamless journey from here to there. It’s a proud moment for our university and for our students.
Bridging Academic Research with Business Impact
The LSBF DBA integrates academic rigour with real-world application, equipping participants to undertake advanced research that addresses contemporary business challenges. Through critical analysis, evidence-based decision-making, and applied research methodologies, candidates generate insights that drive organisational transformation and contribute to the broader business landscape.
For graduates of UNF's Master of Management, the partnership provides a natural continuation of their academic development, allowing them to build upon their expertise in management and leadership while engaging in doctoral-level research and contributing to the advancement of professional knowledge and practice.
Strengthening Global Academic Collaboration
This collaboration further strengthens academic ties between LSBF and UNF and reflects a shared focus on delivering career-relevant, future-oriented education that supports lifelong learning and professional growth.
Both institutions are part of Global University Systems (GUS), an international network of higher education providers committed to expanding access to high-quality education and creating opportunities for students worldwide.
Preparing Leaders for a Changing Business Landscape
As organisations increasingly demand leaders capable of navigating complexity, driving innovation, and leading transformation, LSBF’s Doctor of Business Administration offers a compelling platform for experienced professionals to elevate their impact, generate new knowledge, and shape the future of business.
