LSBF nominated for the National Business Awards 2014

London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) is pleased to announce that it has been nominated in the National Business Awards 2014. LSBF was chosen by a panel of judges as one of the finalists for the ‘Inflexion International Growth Business of the Year’ category, which recognises British businesses that have achieved the highest and most sustainable levels of international growth in the past year.

The National Business Awards are attended by over 1,000 business leaders, entrepreneurs, politicians and media representatives, and aim to connect Britain’s businesses and leaders in celebrating enterprise excellence.

LSBF delivers outstanding industry-focused education, and is renowned for its innovation in the online space; in fact, it was recently awarded the Queen's Awards for Enterprise, the UK's most prestigious business accolade.

“This National Business Awards nomination proves that LSBF is a success story, both in academic and business terms” said Prof Maurits van Rooijen, CEO and Rector at LSBF. “Some feel that, on principle, these two cannot go together. But in our view, a growing academic reputation is dependent on business success and smart investments.”

Despite being based in the UK, LSBF’s outlook has always been global. In the past year, LSBF has gone from strength to strength, diversifying its programme portfolio and expanding its academic resources with new campuses in the City of London and the financial district of Singapore.

“LSBF is committed to reinvesting its commercial success in student-centred improvements, and it’s great to see this strategy being recognised with this nomination,” added Prof van Rooijen.
