Executive Development Programme

The Executive Development Programme offers you the chance to maximise your career potential at one of LSBF's city centre campuses. Studying with students of over 150 different nationalities, the programme takes in a comprehensive curriculum that combines the soft and hard skills necessary to further your career.

The competencies that you'll acquire from the soft skills will range from the ability to communicate your ideas clearly and confidently, through to effective time-management and presentation skills. You will also receive valuable sales and leadership training, along with guidance in business etiquette; strengthening your ability to forge lucrative business partnerships and network effectively.

The programme also includes a series of practical skill modules that will prove invaluable to you as you climb the career ladder. The skills you will learn in these extra classes focus on the techniques you don't get as part as your postgraduate degree or professional qualification; such as specialist software skills or management techniques. By covering them, you'll have a specialised knowledge in the area of your interest and will be fully prepared for the career move you always wanted; whether it is to raise your profile within your current company or secure your dream job, the Executive Development Programme will help you achieve your career goals.

How will the Executive Development Programme be structured?

Delivered full-time at our London campus, the programme will run from day one of your Postgraduate 360° Programme. Following advice from our dedicated careers advisors, the programme will be tailored to you, dependant on the career path you wish to follow.
