This programme has been designed by London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) and is validated and awarded by the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO.
This programme will explain how companies introduce new innovations and ventures. You will learn how to deal with challenges in innovation management, alongside risk management and a variety of issues surrounding leadership. This course provides an insight into some of the current issues facing organisations and is an excellent base for progressing into senior management.
The modules of the course are inter-related, and will provide a complete understanding to a newly qualified graduate and/or practitioner. Taking this course will develop the knowledge, skills and attitude needed in today’s world of work.
The curriculum is drawn from relevant aspects of modern organisational challenges. You will learn how to deal with issues confronted by small, medium and large enterprises on a day-to-day basis, including how to operate in high risk local and virtual environments, taking into account ethical considerations and innovative leadership strategies. You will become familiar with the power of big data and social media, how to gain a competitive advantage using innovations and managing data to reduce risk. The course is comprised of five core modules, including Research Methods and Dissertation/Work-Based portfolio. The Research Methods module will be taught across two semesters in line with the Uninettuno model. Of the remaining four, two modules will be taught each semester.
Students will complete their four taught modules plus Research Methods through face-to-face delivery, whilst the dissertation/work-based project will be taught via the online platform.
Students on this programme come from all over the world, from a wide range of backgrounds. As a result, you will share a rich variety of experiences and learn much about other cultures.
