Alexandra Gray specialises in designing and delivering corporate training programmes to develop professional and personal skills. This includes topics such as organisational behaviour and international human resource management. She has developed programmes that cover everything from problem identification and training needs analysis to delivery and post programme evaluation. Alexandra adapts existing theoretical constructs on leadership, change management, and organisational culture into practical leadership and management skills.
This means she is conversant with new and emerging practices in HR and organisational development, and has developed a range of new pedagogical skills. Alexandra previously lectured in human resource management and organisational behaviour and development at Leeds University Business School and the University of Leeds School of Textile Industries.
