Student Complaints Procedure
What matters to you, matters to us. LSBF is focused on giving you a rewarding all-round educational experience. On the rare occasion where you are unhappy with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to let us know - our success depends on how much you enjoy your time with us.
There are procedures in place for current and prospective students. Both involve informal and formal stages - as well as the option to appeal for current students. All complaints are confidential and will be resolved as quickly as possible.
