You will soon be able to register via the LSBF website but in the meantime contact GCEN via their website or Stevie Panesar (dedicated LSBF account manager) on Tel:+44 (0) 8456 718400. They will provide you with your secure log in to our online trading system, and you can follow the easy steps to booking your currency for your foreign exchange transaction.

Once integrated in the LSBF systems (est October), a telegraphic transfer will be made from your local account, to their client account, on receipt of the funds, the GBP funds are sent to LSBF, or the beneficiary account of your choice, and that take again 2-3 working days for fully cleared funds. In the meantime, please contact GCEN for direct trades to and from your own bank account.

You can make a telegraphic transfer direct from your local account through to their client account in the currency you currently hold or on some currencies you can pay by card.

Using your secure log-in details you can view the status of your transaction, GCEN also provides confirmation email all the way along the process of the transaction, from your initial currency booking receipt to the receipt of your funds and sending out your purchased funds.

Yes!! You can use the online payment system to pay fees, as well as accommodation payments, or simply sending money for living expenses.

GCEN offer a currency card, which can be used exactly the same as a normal debit card. It will allow overseas students (or local students) to have a debit card, which can be loaded easily using our online system. Payments can be made from overseas to load the card, at preferential exchange rates.
