Having achieved immense success we have doubled in size over the past few years and in line with our continued expansion strategy, are looking to expand our Student Recruitment team in Toronto, Canada with ambitious, target driven individuals. The role of Student Recruitment Executive will involve advising students on the portfolio of LSBF’S programmes and identifying the most suitable programmes /courses for them depending on academies and professional background and ultimately closing the sale.

In addition to this, we offer a base salary and a fantastic, uncapped commission structure, leaving the earning potential completely up to you.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity should have a proven experience in sales, offering excellent customer service via telephone and email, whilst also having the ability to secure student applications to LSBF. You should be confident in dealing with people at all levels, have the ability to quickly and easily build rapport with students. You should also have previous experience working in a target driven environment, we are looking for individuals who thrive under pressure, who are competitive and who are willing to work hard to exceed their targets and progress their career.
Requirements
- Solid sales background a must
- Confident in dealing with people
- Must have previous experience in a telephone and face to face consultative sales position
- Ability to meet and surpass sales targets
- Excellent communication, relationship building skills and professional approach
- Previous experience in a customer service or advisor focused position
- Proven background in a new business / business development / income generating role
- Ability to consult students through the full application process from initial conversation to finalizing and closing their application to study with LSBF
- Be committed to the development of LSBF, your team and yourself
- Fluency in Spanish a bonus
What the role will involve:
- Handling student enquiries regarding different programs from potential students
- Providing individually tailored advice at all times
- Portraying a positive and professional image of LSBF at all times
- Account Managing students applications from original enquiry to payment of tuition fees
- Pro-actively generating new enquires
- Generating a positive and sought after image of LSBF
- Dealing directly with students from the North and South American and Caribbean regions
- Possibility for travel to National, European and International Education Fairs in order to promote and recruit potential students
