Job Scope

LSBF have achieved immense success, having doubled in size over the previous two years and in line with our continued expansion strategy, are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Senior Marketing Executive / Junior Marketing Product Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to take the next step in furthering your career towards a Senior or Managerial position within a forward thinking and rapidly expanding business.

You should be passionate about Marketing and be capable of working in a very fast paced working environment. As a global business we are looking for individuals with the ability to use different marketing techniques to reach target audiences around the world. You should also be able to demonstrate success and key achievements in previous positions across a range if marketing campaigns.

As a global business we have offices all over the world including Europe, Asia, and Canada etc, so you should have the ability to work interactively with team members on a global scale. Previous experience in an international company and an understanding of various international markets is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

You will be a driving factor in delivering our campaign activities in line with overall corporate marketing needs and branding guidelines, thus increasing the profitability of our products.

Co-ordinate advertising response tracking, analysis and reporting across multiple channels.
Copywriting for marketing collateral
Creation of advertisements, emedia campaigns and other marketing activities as and when required.
Landing page optimisation for conversions and engagement
Create a range of emedia marketing campaigns alongside traditional marketing channels
Take multiple campaign briefs and complete within pre specified deadlines

Requirements:

An extensive background and understanding of online marketing
Ensure web sites are up to date to ensure maximum sales potential
Marketing degree or equivalent and the desire to continue professional education
Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with internal stakeholders
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English) and the ability to present to both large and small audiences at a senior level
Be self motivated and show an ability to work autonomously as and when required
Ability to work in a fast paced and highly pressured environment with strong eye for detail.
