Job Scope

LSBF have achieved immense success, having doubled in size over the previous two years and in line with our continued expansion strategy, we are looking to recruit an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about design, and who have strong design experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Designer to further their career in a forward thinking and rapidly expanding business. As a global business we have offices around the world, therefore you will be required to work in a virtual team environment, so excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with designers and key stake holders to achieve the best and most effective results
Maintain strong working relationship with internal & external stakeholders
Assist with the design and production of print advertisements, emedia campaigns (banner adverts, flash graphics, eshots & web graphics) and other marketing activities in line with business needs. Liaise with cross-departmental teams to create effective and high impact design, in line with business needs
Taking multiple briefs and complete within specified deadlines

Skills and Experience:

Photoshop / Illustrator / In Design
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressured environment
Strong design ability & competence with design software
Flash / Action Script is preferred
Strong communication skills
Good eye for detail
Ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills
