As a continuously expanding school LSBF is currently seeking multiple PhD graduates to become full time subject leaders in various areas of business for our MBA and MSc programmes across our UK sites.

Roles and Responsibilities for the post-holder:

The Subject Leader will be responsible for the academic leadership of any one subject. They are required to assist the Programme Leaders with the planning, coordinating and development of modules, in association with teaching staff and Module Leaders. They will develop the programme's academic content; produce a coherent study route consistent with the programme specification.

Experience and Education:

• PHD from a reputable university is essential
• Professional qualification in a relevant area is desirable  
• Excellent subject expertise in a business function or research area 
• Previous lecturing experience with excellent leadership and teaching skills
• Previous experience working on undergraduate and postgraduate courses
