Narinder has over 15 years experience within the educational sector, with her most recent post being with The Chartered Institute of Marketing as their Head of Education Networks. Prior to joining CIM she enjoyed a number of years working in industry, colleges and universities, where she held high profile positions.
Narinder has also been very lucky in having the opportunity to bring together marketing and education and has conducted various business development projects for international markets, such as the Far East, Africa and India.
Recently she has taken the leap into setting up her own business in project management and gone back to her first love of teaching and training.
Dr. Randolph Metz-Johnson PhD, MBA

Randolph is currently director of a marketing and management consulting enterprise. He has a sound business, legal, and marketing background. Randolph spent over 6 years with the Civil Aviation Authority and industry. He has vast teaching experience in ACCA, CIMA and CIM training centres, including FTC.
Dr. Robert L. Jenkins PhD, MBA, MA
Robert’s academic background includes an MA in Economics (Cambridge University), an MBA in Finance (Cass Business School), a PhD in Accounting and Finance (LSE), and many years’ experience in the banking industry (Barclays, J P Morgan Chase & UBS). He also has experience in commodity futures, financial futures and exchange traded options.
Robert has lectured in Finance and Corporate Strategy at numerous business schools, and for five years marked part II papers of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Dr. Mo Willan PhD (Middlesex), MSc (Cranfield), MA (Greenwich)
Mo has various qualifications in Marketing, Management and Research from prestigious UK institutions. His academic achievements over the years, together with his work experience as a consultant and a lecturer, makes him one of the best marketing lecturers in the industry. Mo currently works for Willan Marketing Consultancy Limited. He also lectures at various top Universities.
Kuren Kalatani MA, DipM

Kuren is a senior lecturer in Marketing Communication and Strategic Marketing. He has extensive experience at Certificate, Diploma and Postgraduate diploma level. He runs his own marketing consultancy and advises companies all over Europe.
Michael has over 25 years marketing experience at strategic level and is the Managing Director of a consultancy firm. He is the author of numerous publications on marketing and management issues, including many aspects of strategic marketing. Michael’s current research interests include consumer behaviour at the point of purchase.
Matthew Housden, MCIM, MMRS, MIDM

Matthew Housden is a marketing consultant, author, academic and trainer. After 20 years working in a range of senior marketing positions, he now consults widely with companies such as Philip Morris, Anheuser Busch, Tarmac, NCET, Fiat, Barclays, Barclaycard, Swiss Reinsurance, the London Business School, the Royal Mail, and Microsoft. Matthew is a senior consultant, tutor, examiner and member of the IDM, a syllabus advisor to CAM, a tutor and former Examiner at the CIM, a member of the Market Research Society.
Princewill Omorogiuwa
Prince is an experienced marketing professor. He has gained his advanced CIM qualification. Also as a MBA graduate from Kingston University Business School, over the past 6 years he has trained over 1500 marketing managers and executives from over 50 countries. His exceptional working and teaching experience in Marketing area has been further proven by the CAM Tutor of the Year award 2003 he received.
James Knight
An international business man who has worked in America, the Middle East and Britain, James is a MBA graduate, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors London, a Fellow of Kingston Business School, a Fellow of the University of Bournemouth Media and PR School. As an International speaker in America for the last nine years, he is also a member of the Society of Public Relations in New York and a member of the Institute of Public Relations and Canadian Public Relations, a British American Chamber member. he also sits on the Employment and Trade Forums. Moreover, He has published over 300 articles journal articals. He has vast amount of experience in working for many international companies including Marriott Hotels and the Department of Trade and Industry in London.
John Parnham
John Parnham is a freelance interim manager, consultant and trainer. After beginning his career in industry, he worked in the further education sector for over twenty years, latterly as Principal of Orpington College. John completed his Doctorate at the University of Bristol and has also studied at the London School of Economics, and the Universities of Reading and Stirling. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a trained psychometric tester.
Tracey has enjoyed a number of years working in industry in high profile positions, but her heart lies in teaching, where she has had numerous years teaching the Professional Certificate & Diploma levels of CIM. She is passionate about her subject areas and this is shown in her teaching methods, and reflected in her student feedback.
