Randolph is currently director of a marketing and management consulting enterprise. He has a sound business, legal, and marketing background. Randolph spent over 6 years with the Civil Aviation Authority and industry. He has vast teaching experience in ACCA, CIMA and CIM training centres, including FTC.

Dr. Mo Willan PhD (Middlesex), MSc (Cranfield), MA (Greenwich)

Mo has various qualifications in Marketing, Management and Research from prestigious UK institutions. His academic achievements over the years, together with his work experience as a consultant and a lecturer, makes him one of the best marketing lecturers in the industry. Mo currently works for Willan Marketing Consultancy Limited. He also lectures at various top Universities.

Matthew Housden is a marketing consultant, author, academic and trainer. After 20 years working in a range of senior marketing positions, he now consults widely with companies such as Philip Morris, Anheuser Busch, Tarmac, NCET, Fiat, Barclays, Barclaycard, Swiss Reinsurance, the London Business School, the Royal Mail, and Microsoft. Matthew is a senior consultant, tutor, examiner and member of the IDM, a syllabus advisor to CAM, a tutor and former Examiner at the CIM, a member of the Market Research Society.

As an International speaker in America for the last nine years, he is also a member of the Society of Public Relations in New York and a member of the Institute of Public Relations and Canadian Public Relations, a British American Chamber member. he also sits on the Employment and Trade Forums. Moreover, He has published over 300 articles journal articals. He has vast amount of experience in working for many international companies including Marriott Hotels and the Department of Trade and Industry in London.

Tracey has enjoyed a number of years working in industry in high profile positions, but her heart lies in teaching, where she has had numerous years teaching the Professional Certificate & Diploma levels of CIM.
