Graduate Development Programme

The Graduate Development Programme offers you the chance to maximise your career potential at one of LSBF's city centre campuses. Studying with students from over 150 different countries, the programme takes in a comprehensive curriculum that combines the soft and hard skills necessary to begin an exciting career.

The soft skills that you will acquire will range from the ability to communicate your ideas clearly and confidently, through to effective time-management and presentation skills. You will also receive invaluable graduate assessment centre training, along with guidance in mastering interview techniques; strengthening your resumè and ability to network effectively.

The programme also includes a series of practical skill modules that will help you to progress up the career ladder. These additional classes will focus heavily on the techniques necessary to enhance what you have learnt as part of your undergraduate degree or professional qualification; including specialist software skills and management techniques. Through receiving training in these areas, you'll develop a specialised knowledge of topics that are directly related to your goals, and as a result will be fully prepared to start the career you always wanted.

How will the Graduate Development Programme be structured?

Delivered full-time, at our London campus, the programme will run for a minimum of three years*; running from day one of your Undergraduate Trium Programme. Following advice from our dedicated careers advisors, the programme will be tailored to you, dependant on the career path you wish to follow.
