Business modelling describes the discipline of rationalising how a business makes its key decisions.
Employing research, statistics and theory; this course will teach you how to use business modelling to communicate goals, needs, and processes. A thorough understanding of modelling is the key to ensuring that this business challenge is met.
The BA (Hons) Business Administration (Business Decision Making) course is structured around a series of modules in which you gain practical modelling experience. You will also participate in a real-world case study, and learn to apply best practices in modelling to prepare you for a role as a business analyst.

This degree is suited to strategic, analytical thinkers who possess strong research skills and are able to generate decision making frameworks. You will study the general structure of all businesses and the concept of business decision making. After this, you will investigate how one would make business decisions within the functional units of a business. A central part of the programme is, of course, modelling, forecasting and statistics – skills which employers pay top salaries for.
