Strategic Business Management programme

Strategic Management is the process of managing in a way that is consistent with the corporate strategy or in such a way as to capitalize on the opportunities that present themselves understanding of these elements and how they are implemented are essential skills required in order to become a successful manager.

The Strategic Business Management at LSBF will introduce students on the key elements on strategy, strategic analysis, strategy formulation and the implementation of strategy. During this programme students will be exposed to new ideas through different case studies in different industries.
