CFA® Study modes

LSBF’s flexible delivery means that you can choose a study pattern that’s right for you – full-time, part time (so you can balance studying with your career), or via broadcast on demand (so you can revisit any lectures you missed or to recap any key points).

  • The CFA® full-time programme was developed to provide students with extensive tutorial sessions which deepen the knowledge of each subject covered in the programme. The aim of this is to increase your chance of successfully passing your exams.

The CFA® Institute advises that students should devote at least 270 hours in order to pass the exam. The LSBF full-time CFA® programme provides students with 180 hours of tutorials, in order to maximise their time and give them the necessary knowledge and confidence to successfully sit these challenging exams.

  • The CFA® part-time programme was created for individuals who are in full time employment. At LSBF we offer intensive evening CFA® lessons. These 3 hour sessions are also available as broadcast on demand in case you are unable to attend any of the classes. The tutors are available for further study support outside the allocated classroom sessions.
  • Free Double Impact with broadcast on demand

Get double impact by blending traditional classroom study with repetition through recorded lectures over the Internet. Using our broadcast technology, you can watch lectures on the Internet, making sure that you need never miss a session and providing you with an opportunity to recap on key points.

This online broadcast option is available for FREE for all of our full time and part time CFA® students.

Overseas students can only apply for the full time programme in order to comply with the UK Home Office Student Visa requirements, minimum of 15 hours per week.
