Ways to revise ACCA in our London campuses
Our experience shows that a focused ACCA revision course can substantially improve the prospects of students passing their ACCA exams first time. Evidence from our students suggests that for students who have taken our tuition course, an LSBF revision course can add, on average, 15 to 20 marks to your exam score. Revision should not be about learning anything new; and our comprehensive study options mean that you should be approaching your revision knowing something about all areas of the syllabus.
ACCA Revision is about converting knowledge into marks. More specifically, it is about the following:
-
Understanding what the examiner wants you to do
-
Managing your limited time
-
Applying techniques to exam standard questions
-
Identifying where marks are earned and scoring them

Our tutors' expertise means that you gain the best possible insight into the mind of the examiner. These courses are run either during the week or over a weekend. They cover ACCA paper in depth, with all core topics and the majority of peripheral topics covered.
The course runs as follows:
-
Exam questions are used to introduce topics, with tutors assisting in analysing the requirements and reviewing associated theoretical points and techniques required.
-
Students are then given the opportunity to answer the question, with the tutor in attendance to assist.
-
The tutor will then debrief the question to illustrate a model answer and focus on mark scoring and potential pitfalls.
Other exercises may be undertaken, dependent on level and paper type, to practise writing skills, time management and computational skills. A tutor will aim to cover 4-7 questions per day, depending on the size and complexity of the questions.
