As Companies are actively seeking targets for mergers and acquisition and to strengthen their position in the market, employees with specialised knowledge in this area are in high demand. MSc in Mergers and Acquisition and Corporate Restructuring syllabus ensures students will not only benefit from a theoretical education in finance, but also from the practical training required to be a corporate manager.
