MBA in Project Management

The rapid growth in business worldwide has brought about numerous changes in Corporate Business Process and Organisation. Companies are striving to improve effectiveness and thus performance and results. These same companies are increasingly using projects to achieve their strategic objectives, including:

  • the launch of a new product or a new technology, plant construction or extension
  • restructuring of operations
  • integration of a newly acquired company
  • worldwide installation of a new information system

This MBA specialisation will provide students with an overall view of project management objectives and a wide description of its usage within multinational corporations. The modules aim to identify successful and unsuccessful project management techniques and patterns, and their impact on advanced management performance – as well as successful career opportunities available under the label of ‘project management’ or that follow specific ‘project management’ tracks.

This specialisation consists of three modules:

  • The Project Management Process
  • The Project Management Consultant’s Tools
  • Project Managers in Action: Project
  • Risk Analysis and Project Simulation
