MSc in Management Consulting
These help you put everything you have learned during the programme into practice, as part of one assignment. There are two case studies which involve the analysis of management problems faced by a real company. You will work in groups, within a limited time frame, to find solutions and create a group presentation.
Acceptance onto the programme means you will study for an MSc in Management Consulting from the triple-accredited institution, Grenoble Graduate School of Business. Triple accreditation is a quality shared by less than 1% of the world's top business schools.
- AMBA (Association of MBAs) – UK accreditation body
- EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) – EU accreditation body
- AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) – USA accreditation body
This programme is ideal if you enjoy exercising your creativity in a business environment, while working with different companies from around the world. It can help you break into top positions in an industry where every working day varies, and there is always demand for solutions to new problems.
The syllabus familiarises you with the fundamentals of management consulting, before exploring advanced subject areas on the development of consulting expertise. Topics covered include Project Management for Consultants, Creativity Management and Advanced Decisions in Marketing. You can also learn a foreign language as part of your studies.
You will graduate with a full understanding of how the global consulting industry works, as well as the tools and techniques you need to keep a consulting practice successful.
MSc in Management Consulting offers the experience of an international classroom, and an environment that reflects the diverse global marketplace.
