The MSc in Marketing & Sales Management is a unique programme that combines the disciplines of marketing and sales management. It's designed for students who want to take their careers to the next level and obtain a second skill set in these specialised areas.
Students will acquire knowledge about different sales goals and how to achieve these in an effective and efficient manner as well as how to establish and develop relationships with key customers. Students will also gain an insight into sales planning, staffing, motivation, leading and controlling organisational resources.
Ultimately the programme teaches students to manage the entire process from sourcing funds to revenues to sales, and focuses on the development of methods to encourage customers to exchange their funds for goods and services. The programme structure provides a comprehensive examination of integrated marketing communications and consumer behaviour and in term two, concentrates on key account management, focussing on both theoretical concepts and practical strategic sales skills.
