Open Executive Course in Mergers & Acquisitions

With globalisation and the changing corporate environment, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) have become an essential element of corporate strategy. More and more organisations are using M&A to expand into new global markets, improve efficiencies within the organisation and enhance customer service.

This course is designed for executives and general managers involved in any aspect of the M&A process and addresses all the major components of merging organisations from start to finish: locating the M&A target, target valuation & negotiation, financing the acquisition, terms of the offer, compliance with codes and regulations.

Using business case studies and practical examples as references, the course analyses the issues from the perspectives of all key stakeholders in the M&A process, like the Board of Directors, top executives, line managers and employees.

Participants will have the opportunity to analyse the structural, cultural and social implications of combining organisations and acquire the necessary leadership skills for successful post-merger integration and performance.
