Barry Goode
Barry Goode is an MCIPD qualified human resources professional and lecturers at LSBF subjects related to Strategy and Corporate Business both on academic courses and for LSBF’s corporate clients. Barry has sixteen years experience to group director level and an established interim consultant since 2001. Provider of training, consulting and transition support to companies across a range of industry sectors including banking and finance, electronics and telecommunications.
Barry’s strengths lie in his pragmatic style and ability to translate business strategy into actionable HR plans. Previous assignments include strategic and HR operations transformation, organisational restructures, TUPE transfers and change management projects. As a Myers Briggs Type Indicator qualified practitioner Barry has also facilitated the transition and development of new teams following business restructure.
Ben Botes
Ben Botes holds a MBA from Surrey University (UK) and MSc in Psychology from Trinity College (USA) Apart from his extensive teaching experience he also an entrepreneur and professional consultant, He founded Business Plan Whiz and UK Business Planning, both web portals assisting first time business leaders and entrepreneurs. In 2006, Ben was made the youngest President of the European Coaching Institute. In his most recent role as a Management Consultant, he coached teams in multinational companies including Toyota, Accenture and Hewlett-Packard.
Ailson Morais
Ailson holds a Full time academic position and is a final year PhD researcher at Royal Holloway School of Management, University of London. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Andrews University, Michigan, USA and an MA in Business and Culture Studies from CASS, City University, London; Ailson has also a Postgraduate Certificate in Skills of Teaching to Inspire Learning (Accredited programme by the Higher Education Academy) from Royal Holloway, University of London and a PhD Researcher. In addition to his experience with LSB&F, ESCP-EAP, Royal Holloway, University of London, Newbold College, University of Wales and Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven (KHLeuven, Belgium) Ailson has substantial management experience, having been worked in a variety of industrial and commercial sectors in international organisations in Brazil, Portugal, Switzerland and the UK. Ailson is an International Academic, Entrepreneur and Life Coaching.
Johanna Scheuer
Johanna Scheuer is a true international professional who lived and worked in four European Countries (UK, Netherlands, France and Germany) She has an MSc from EAP-ESCP (Paris, Oxford, Berlin) and worked for 10 years for the Multinational NIVEA in Hamburg in Trade marketing, Brand management and International Marketing. She lectured at the Hanze University in the Netherlands in the subjects of Brand Management, Strategic Business Management, Marketing Research and E-Commerce.
Dave Coker
Dave Coker has over 25 years of experience in International Financial Services, with a career that has taken him to five countries while working for world class institutions such as Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO, Moody’s and Dow Jones.
Dave, who is currently completing a PhD in Finance, holds both an MSc in Quantitative Finance as well as an MBA in General Management. He has almost ten years’ experience teaching at UK institutions of Higher Education. His research interests include Risk Management, Credit Derivatives and Asset Bubbles.
Dave’s first book on Finance will be published in Q1 of 2012.
Christine Nardiello
Christine is an experienced senior manager and lecturer, and a professionally qualified accountant. She has work and lecturing experience in accounting, human resources and general management. Christine worked for 18 years at BPP, where she held a number of senior positions including Chief Executive of the BPP Malpas division. While taking care of her general management duties, Christine taught the ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW and ATT at BPP. She also taught on Masters degree courses and wrote materials and exams for the programme.
