Roy Butcher MBA, ACCA, CFA
Academic Dean and GGSB Programme Director
Roy Butcher brings more than 30 years of experience in both academia and business to LSBF. As a business consultant, Roy has worked with both private and public sector organisations giving him unparalleled knowledge of conducting business in very different environments.
Roy has been active in academia for more than three decades, both in senior management positions and lecturing roles. He has also developed and delivered educational and training programmes for clients in the UK and abroad. He has taught at postgraduate level and is also experienced in delivering professional level qualifications such as ACCA and CIMA.

Syed Muhammad MSc, MBA
Course Leader
A business management expert, Syed is Prince 2 qualified and a black belt of the exclusive Six Sigma strategy programme. He holds an MBA and MSc, and has spent over a decade lecturing at financial institutions across the UK.
Syed has professional experience in shaping curricula, having held multiple directorial roles as well as being instrumental in the development of Strategy, Marketing and International Business courses.

Nabil Ahmed MSc, MBA
Associate Lecturer
With 15 years' teaching and management experience, Nabil also has a B.Sc. degree, an M.Sc. (with distinction) and an MBA from the University of Lincoln. Furthermore, he headed the Business Department of the London Academy of Management Sciences with great success.
Nabil has been active at the highest level in the business world for years, and has helped lead high-profile chemicals company, ICI Pakistan. He has also held managerial and supervisory roles at leading organisations such as European Rail and Dalex.

Gordon Bowen MBA, PGCE, CDAF, DBA
Associate Lecturer
Gordon is an accomplished scholar who also has 17 years' experience in the telecoms industry. He has BSc and MBA degrees, as well as a Doctorate in Business Administration specialising in Strategy. While Senior Lecturer at Kingston University he made crucial decisions regarding taught topics.
Employment in senior marketing, training and business development positions has left Gordon with exceptional levels of experience. This includes working as Director of the Thames Valley Business Advisors. He also holds prized industry qualifications from CIM and CIMA.

Harish Chandra Gyawali MA, MBA
Associate Lecturer
Harish is vastly experienced in online tutorship, and has an impressive academic background. He holds B.Sc. and MA degrees from Tribhuvan University (one of the 20 largest worldwide) as well as an MBA in Human Resource Management. His expertise has also been sought online via Virtual Learning Environment tools such as Moodle and Turnitin UK.
Being qualified through the Chartered institute of Personal development (CIPD) gives Harish connections at top level international organisations, and makes him seasoned in business practice. He has also worked as a Trading Partner to multinational company, Everest Trading and has held Managerial roles at Lol Trading and Sanskriti Business Consultancy.

Kamila Irena Kozak-Entonu
Associate Lecturer
Specialising in business management, Kamila gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Management with a Distinction and is carrying out her research to complete her MBA from one of LSBF's partner universities, the prestigious Grenoble Graduate School of Business.
Her theoretical knowledge is supported by years of practical business experience, having worked in industries such as finance, retail and fashion. Kamila also teaches English, helping non-native English speakers advance their language skills.

Dr. Richard Osborne MA, MSc, PhD
Associate Lecturer
Richard has more than 30 years' experience in academia and is a passionate educator. Along with his BA in Comparative Literature from the University of Essex and an MA in Communications, he has a PhD thesis in submission. He also lectures at the globally renowned Central St Martins College.
Professionally, he has shown exceptional ability in a number of senior positions. This includes an editorial role at INTERLINK, which is an influential publication for economists. Internationally, he has worked in Paris with EDC Business School as Coordinator of Student Exchange.

Deji Sotunde MCMI, ACIPD
Associate Lecturer
As a member of CMI, CIPD and IITT, Deji is a highly accredited business professional. With an MA in Business Administration, he specialises in teaching Systems and Operations Management.
Deji has been employed by several organisations to design, develop and deliver corporate training. He has also provided performance assessment and career development training using accredited qualification frameworks.
Professor Nicholas Beech
There are few who can match Nick's academic credentials and decades of higher education experience. Over this period he has earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, an MBA and an MSc in Educational Leadership. He is also a Chartered Marketer (CIM) and has been a visiting lecturer at the prestigious European business school, NIMBAS.
Experience in top directorial roles at Leeds Metropolitan University and Liverpool John Moores, reflect his skills as a leader and innovator. Nick's expertise as an auditor has also been sought by the NHS (East Yorkshire Health Authority). Outside work, his dynamic personality has seen him become a Major in the Territorial Army as well as a qualified HAZMAT operator.
