Shahnaz holds a doctorate in Business Administration (DBA, HRM, and Strategic Management) from the SMC University in Switzerland, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She also holds the status of a Fellow with the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). As the head of academics, she works to ensure the quality of the content and instruction across all programmes.
Shahnaz is a focused academician with substantial experience in Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship. She has held faculty positions at highly respected institutions across the globe. Teaching at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels has helped her significantly in working with motivated adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. She also has extensive industry experience as an HR practitioner and leader, which has provided her with practical professional experience.
Shahnaz’s work has been published in several scholarly journals and she has been extensively involved in research throughout her career. Furthermore, she is an editorial board member and reviewer for a number of prestigious academic journals and professional bodies.
