Recruit our students

At LSBF, we work with a diverse range of employers and organisations including: large blue chip companies, city based companies, international companies, charity and volunteer organisations, public sector organisations and small to medium sized enterprises.

We offer a tailor-made service to employers, including advice on the most effective ways to promote their company on our campus and guidance on organising events that will stimulate the interest of our diverse student body.

Recruiting on campus is a cost-effective and time-efficient way to ensure that successful student/graduate recruitment. Our students prefer to apply for positions with companies who have a dynamic presence on our campus.

Most of employers choose to do their first round selection on LSBF’s campus recruitment events through:

•    face-to-face meetings and interviews
•    group activities (including business games)
•    workshops and corporate presentation
•    skill development sessions

This process - enabling employers to build relationships with candidates - can ensure that applications are of a high quality, that the number of first interviews needed to arrive at a shortlist is reduced and that the candidate drop-out rate are minimised.
