The study period for a successful undergraduate student is around 3 years. The best time to recruit them will depend on the vacancy in question, as well as the duration of their course.
Students in their first or second year of studying are perfect candidates for undertaking short-term/long-term internships and part-time work, whereas students in their third year will be seeking full-time graduate opportunities.
Postgraduate Students

Our professional programmes involve intensive periods of learning, so we recommend that the best time to recruit our professional students is after their exams have finished. This way, everything they have learnt is fresh in their minds and they are also extremely eager to apply their practical skills to real-life business situations.
